When a conversation or argument arises, take a step back and really listen to what they’re saying because its very important to know who your are having affair with. This will show you and your partner that you are willing to put their feelings and concerns before your own.

Patience is a major key to healing a broken relationship and rebuilding trust. Give your partner as much time as they need to rebuild trust. This will take time and it won’t be easy, but if you remain patient and give your partner adequate time to heal, your relationship will only get stronger.
